About Us

We have been in the adventure travel business for over 30 years, organising walking and trekking holidays all over the world, and have been independent since 1986.   Sometimes a ‘packaged’ holiday is the only way to visit a destination or do a particular activity but we believe that half the fun is exploring a country independently.   We can help you do this by providing expert advice, making basic in-country arrangements and employing local staff to help you on your way.   We also believe that your holiday should be tailored to your experience and requirements, so that you will enjoy a sense of achievement without being over-stretched by the demands of a ‘tiger’ group.
